The 2021 vintage featured a growing season with a warm, dry summer providing the perfect conditions for hallmark flavour intensity. Cool evenings ensured fruit retained natural acidity, producing wines that are expressive and beautifully balanced.
Select parcels of Chardonnay from across the Margaret River region were sourced for this delightfully complex yet eminently drinkable wine. The wine displays an intense grapefruit and citrus flavour with white stone fruit an underlying mineral freshness. Fermentation was carried out using 'wild' yeast and left on lees for six monhts in new and seasonaed French oak.
