Fogarty Wine Group reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who we have reason to believe has breached any of the following conditions.

Previously provided information on the prize and how to enter the prize draws form part of the terms & conditions of entry.

Entry is open to customers 18 years and over who meet the promotion requirements.

Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

The promotion commences 15/08/2022 and ends 30/11/2022.

To enter, Eligible entrants must purchase a bottle of Evans & Tate Wild Cape wine from participating retail stores, cellar door or the Fogarty Wine Group online store, scan the promotional QR code on the front of this neck tag or on the back of the bottle, fill in contact details, then upload a photo of the wine. This photo will be used as proof of purchase and must be uploaded to be eligible to enter. This is a game of chance. By entering, you give permission for Fogarty Wine Group to use your image for marketing purposes. The promotion commences 15/08/2022 and ends 30/11/2022.

Winners will be drawn every week for 12 weeks and notified by both phone and email within 48hrs of prizes being drawn.

Fogarty Wine Group to manage all contact with winner upon completion of the competition.

The winners of ‘Win a Framed Print’ promotion will each receive a framed print valued at $600. Total prize pool value is $7,200.

Fogarty Wine Group to retain customer information for the purpose of placing them on the Evans & Tate mailing list. By entering this promotion, the customer agrees to be placed on the Evans & Tate mailing list. Customers can unsubscribe at any time.
