Fogarty Wine Group reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who we have reason to believe has breached any of the following conditions. Entry is open to WA residents only, who are 18 years and over and meet the promotion requirements. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

Eligible entrants must purchase 1 bottle of Evans & Tate Classic wine from participating retail stores, scan QR code on in-store flyer, fill in your contact details, name of store visited, transaction number on the bottom of the receipt and date of purchase. Entrants must keep receipt/s and limit entries to one per person per day, with a maximum of one entry per transaction.

The promotion commences 9am WST on 13/06/2025 and ends at 11.59pm WST on 31/08/2023.

The draw will be held at 12pm WST on 02/09/25 at Fogarty Wine Group, Level 1, 32 Ord Street West Perth WA 6005. The winners will be contacted privately via email and/or telephone.

The first prize constitutes of the following:
Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a Lakeside Room for two people
Daily breakfast at Sunsets Bar & Dining for two people.
One (1) set menu dinner for two at Sunsets Bar & Dining
Return Ferry Transfer for two people.
Twin pack of Evans & Tate Classic Cabernet Merlot and Classic Shiraz.

The trip must be redeemed by 30 June 2026.

By accepting and booking this prize component, the winner agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking & Availability

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
Prize must be redeemed by 30 June 2026.
Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to most weekends, public holidays, school holidays, long weekends, and island special events. Blackout periods are at the discretion of The Lodge Wadjemup.
Prize bookings must be made directly with The Lodge Wadjemup via the contact details provided to the winner.

2. Inclusions

The prize includes two nights’ accommodation, daily breakfast for two, and a set menu dinner for two at Sunsets Bar & Dining.

3. Non-Transferable

The prize is valid for the original winner only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for credit.
No refunds or extensions will be provided for unused portions of the prize.

By redeeming the prize, the winner agrees to abide by The Lodge Wadjemup’s house rules and guest policies.
