This wine is produced solely from Margaret River fruit and made to sit alongside the very best wines from the Deep Woods stable. The aim was to make a contemporary style of Rosé; nuanced and delicate, yet still full-flavoured,100% Tempranillo from the Yallingup hills. Two blocks were machine harvested in the middle of the night and gently pressed separately to stainless steel tanks for settling. One parcel was treated oxidatively and the other in a more traditional reductive style.
