Brimming with aromas of violets, blackberry bramble and bay leaf.
Full and rich with notes of dark chocolate, bramble and cassis. Soft, ripe tannin abounds the palate and provides both structure and length.

Fruit was crushed into separate fermenters and pump-overs and delestage were used to extract tannin and colour. As per usual for the Deep Woods team, this is a dence, intensely vibrant and cracking cabernet merlot. Never doubt them, for they are doing brilliant things. Screw cap.94
