Two Trophies and 13 Golds at the National Wine Show Australia 2021

Two Trophies and 13 Golds at the National Wine Show Australia 2021

After a two year break the National Wine Show of Australia (NWSA) is back, with judging for the postponed 2021 show taking place this month.

Chair Andy Gregory said, “Australian winemakers have been through some shocking times over the past few years, battling environmental, economic and global health issues – it’s been one thing after another.

“With only the highest-awarded wines at Australian qualifying shows now making it to the judging table, the National Wine Show is the perfect opportunity to recognise the sheer dedication and hard work that has enabled Australian winemakers to continue to produce some of the world’s best and most exciting wines.”

Esteemed NWSA wine judge James Halliday stated, “This is the most important wine show in Australia and it’s wonderful to see it back. The winners will benefit from the domestic and international profile that comes with being judged the very best of Australian wines and that is a wonderful opportunity for Australian winemakers.”

To qualify for the NWSA, wines must have been awarded a silver or gold medal at one of the 32 wine shows around Australia in the year prior. The aim of this show is to judge the best of the best in Australian wine each year and esteemed wine critic James Halliday has been on the judging panel for nearly 30 years.

The final NWSA results have just been released and we are extremely proud to present the following award-winning wines from our incredible portfolio.
