Carefully blended from a range of parcels from the Smithbrook vineyard. Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are grown on varying aspects on the site. Seasonal variation will impact which parcels perform best in each year for selection in this house blend.
This aromatically lifted blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon exudes guava, passionfruit and orange zest. Partial fermentation in French oak barriques contribute vanillin, nougat aromas to the nose, while adding texture and complexity to the generous palate. It maintains a fresh, tropical flavour profile, with a clean, dry finish.

What a drink! Summery white personified. Crisp and clean, simple done well, effortless, refreshing drinking. Shows with fine, grassy acidity, green mango and green melon characters with a dash of citrus fruit and appley notes. An excellent example of more âclassic dry whiteâ style here. Bright, fresh, built for warm days.
