The Strelley Farm Pét Nat Rosé is delicious enough to transport you to another time and place.
In the glass a bright guava colour exudes a fun and playful vibe and juicy, exotic aromas of papaya, pink grapefruit, guava and zesty tangerine peel evoke all the best summertime memories.
Fruit with bold and expressive aromatics were carefully selected for this pét nat and the wine was then made in a hands-off, minimal intervention style before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
This is a lightly sparkling wine with a mouthwatering, juicy acidity bursting with vibrant tropical flavours. Best drunk on a hot summers night with your feet in the sand, watching the golden sun slowly dip below the horizon. Cheers!
Exotic notes of papaya, tangerine, and pomegranate. Smells like hot nights on a beach in Hawaii.
Zesty and alive with bold flavours dancing across the palate: the first pick of slightly unripe strawberries, the skin of a fuzzy yellow peach and a freshly baked brioche, hot from the bakery. A fine bead carries bright tropical flavours across the palate with a long, juicy finish.
Best enjoyed within 24 months of release.
A unique field blend allowed to finish fermentation in the bottle with all the goodness included.

Bursting with deliciousness
Not a massive sparkling fan but was pleasantly surprised. It's the perfect glass of fizz on a hot day.
Perfect drop for taking to BBQs and dinner with friends. Definitely one of my go-tos, easy to drink and delicious!
