vintage
The 2021 vintage featured a growing season with a warm, dry summer providing the perfect conditions for hallmark flavour intensity. Cool evenings ensured fruit retained natural acidity, producing wines that are expressive and beautifully balanced.
winemaking
The Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from Karridale and partially fermented in a combination of seasoned and new oak barrels, using only indigenous yeasts with no acid additions. The Semillon was sourced from the Yallingup Hills and fermented in neutral stainless-steel tanks to enhance aromatic freshness.Â

Texture, breadth, line, concentration, balance... all of it wrapped in a web of saline acid. Slam dunk.
