Pale salmon pink.
Pink grapefruit, strawberries and cream, and subtle rose petal aromas.
Bursting with bright red berry fruits, a fresh mineral acidity and subtle savoury texture. Refreshing and dry – the ultimate Summer rosé.
Best drunk over the next year, well chilled.
The Margaret River wine region experienced a record early harvest, brought on by a particularly dry and warm conditions. Paying close attention in the vineyard was crucial in order to capture the optimal ripeness window whilst maintaining freshness and vibrancy in the picked fruit.
A modern style rose was crafted in the winery, with a salmon-pink hue and fine, light-bodied nature demonstrating the gentle handed and low oxygen winemaking techniques used. Early blending and bottling allowed us to capture the freshness and vibrancy of this wine for the prime summer and crisp autumn days at the beach or in the backyard.
