vintage
The season started beautifully with a mild spring and good soil moisture, followed by a moderate summer with ideal ripening conditions, producing refined flavour, great elegance and real personality.
winemaking
The grapes were harvested between midnight and sunrise which ensured the fruit reached the winery as cool as possible. Following a light pressing, the juice was then fermented at cool temperatures to enhance aromatic freshness. Post-fermentation, the wine was chilled, blended and lightly fined, before being stabilised prior to bottling.
