Competition Terms
All active competitions are now closed. Entries made at this point will not be eligible for the draw.
The Fogarty Wine Group reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who we have reason to believe has breached any of the following conditions.
Previously provided information on the prize and how to enter the prize draws form part of the terms & conditions of entry
- Customer must purchase two bottles of eligible wines and fill out the entry form completely in order to enter
- Win a Barrel Competition runs from 01/11/2018 through 31/01/2019 (inclusive)
- Win $500 worth of wine runs from 01/11/2018 through 31/01/2019 (inclusive)
- Entry form must be placed in entry box
- One winner selected from entry forms submitted across Dunsborough Cellars, Cape Cellars, Brew +
- One winner selected from entry forms submitted across Queens Iga, Cellarbrations Wonthella and Cellarbrations Geraldton Central
- One winner selected from entry forms submitted across Whale and Ale, Sovereign Arms, Cornerstone Ale House and Thirsty Camel Ellenbrook
- Two winners selected from entry forms submitted at Settlers Liquor Store
- Two winners selected from entry forms submitted at Margaret River Hotel
- Winner will be drawn by 14/02/2019 and notified by both phone and email
- Winner will be selected at random
- Fogarty Wine Group to manage all contact with winner upon completion of the competition
- Winner of Win a Barrel promotion will be entitled to 225L of wine, delivered in three consignments over 12 months. Delivery dates to be mutually agreed by winner and Fogarty Wine Group
- Winner of Win a Barrel promotion will be able to select from Deep Woods Margaret River Range, Evans & Tate Classic Range or a combination of these ranges
- Winner of Win $500 worth of Wine promotion will be entitled to $500RRP worth of wine from across the FWG portfolio. Wines are selected at the sole discretion of FWG.
- Delivery within the Perth Metro area or pickup from any store listed above
- Delivery outside of these areas to be negotiated by the winner and Fogarty Wine Group
- Fogarty Wine Group to retain customer information for entry on to FWG Rewards Club mailing list
- Entrants must be over 18 and have complied with all relevant liquor and gaming legislation prior to entry
