Starlight Five Chefs Dinner | Fogarty Wine Group Sponsorship
Fogarty Wine Group was proud to be an official wine sponsor of the 2021 Starlight Five Chef’s Dinner, which was held on 16 September at Perth’s Optus Stadium. This year the Starlight Five Chefs Dinner raised enough funds to deliver the Starlight hospital program for nearly four months and to grant 27 children their life-changing Starlight wish.
The Starlight Children's Foundation Five Chefs Dinners are designed to be a unique dining experience, created to raise much-needed funds to support the Starlight Children’s Foundation. Five of Australia’s best chefs prepare a course each, matched with the finest wines to present a spectacular five-course degustation.
Millbrook Winery’s Head Chef Jamie Hembrow was enlisted to prepare the second course, a spring vegetable salad with Cambray’s Boursan cheese, perfectly paired with Millbrook Regional Sauvignon Blanc. It was not only Millbrook Winery representing the Fogarty Wine Group, but also the newly launched Dalwhinnie Three Valleys Pinot Noir and, crowd favourite, Evans & Tate Single Vineyard Chardonnay.
