FWG's Guy Jeffreys Starring at the Elusive Pearls & Plates Lunch

Pearls & Plates a unique festival celebrating the Abrolhos lifestyle, a beautiful and remote archipelago of islands 60kms off the coast of Geraldton. Held on Post Office Island, guests are treated to a culinary journey of the freshest West Australian local produce cooked by Executive Chef Guy Jeffreys and Celebrity Chef Anna Gare.
Presented by Liddon Pearls, guests are encouraged to walk around the lagoon tasting canapés, whilst sipping signature Campari cocktails, before sitting down to a stunning long table lunch. All this while overlooking the spectacular lagoon on the southern point of the island.
The menu is created to celebrate the freshest seafood of the surrounding Abrolhos Islands. Featuring the best seasonal WA produce the chefs will deliver a culinary journey of contemporary fine dining, with matched wine from Millbrook & Deep Woods Estate.
