Discover our new rewards club – coming this December
We've listened to your feedback and from early December, our Rewards Club is changing.
We are thrilled to be introducing you to our new membership tiers – Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze – as well as a new subscription service allowing you to subscribe and save.
We are moving away from a points-based membership to a more streamlined system that will automatically recognise your benefits as soon as you log in.
You will no longer have to create your own discount code, instead this new system will automatically sort you into one of our new membership tiers.
This sorting system is based on your previous 12-month spending history, which means you won't lose any benefits during this transition. If you would like to use your remaining points, you have until the first week of December to do so.

Our new system will automatically sort you into a tier based on your previous 12-month spend with us. You can read more about each tier, the criteria and benefits below.
Platinum
- Must be subscribed to emails.
- Lifetime spend of over $10,000.
- Membership pricing.
- 20% off all orders.
- Free shipping on all orders over $250.
- Free tasting or glass of wine at all FWG cellar doors.
- First access to new and museum releases.
- End of year gift and free event tickets.
Gold
- Must be subscribed to emails.
- Spend over $2,000 in the previous year.
- Membership pricing.
- 15% off all orders.
- Free shipping on all orders over $250.
- Free tasting or glass of wine at all FWG cellar doors.
- First access to new and museum releases.
Silver
- Must be subscribed to emails.
- Spend over $500 in the previous year.
- Membership pricing.
- 10% off all orders.
- Free shipping on all orders over $250.
- Free tasting or glass of wine at all FWG cellar doors.
- Second access to new and museum releases.
Bronze
- Must be subscribed to emails.
- Membership pricing.
- 10% off first order only.
- Free shipping on all orders over $250.
- Third access to new and museum releases.
Introducing Wine Subscriptions
You can now get your favourite wines delivered automatically to your door monthly, quarterly or biannually.
The higher the delivery frequency, the more you will save with discounts on monthly, quarterly and biannual subscriptions.
Plus, we understand circumstances can change so you're not locked into a contract. Pause your next shipment or cancel anytime.
What will happen to my points?
From early December, our points system will be replaced with our new tiered memberships. If you would like to use your remaining points, you have until the first week of December to do so.
Although you will no longer be able to use your points, our new system will recognise your previous annual spend and you will be automatically sorted into your respective tier. This means you won't lose out on any benefits.
