Thalia NV Rosé Reviews
Halliday Wine Companion 2024
A pinot noir-dominant blend with 36 months on lees and a dosage of just over 8 g/L. The palest of blushes in the glass with aromas of red apple, cranberry and raspberry along with hints of tart tartin, biscuity spice, roasted cashews, lemon butter, white flowers and stone. There is lovely red-fruited richness and a swell of biscuity complexity that expands before being reeled in by crystalline acidity scooting off for a sustained finish.

Lowestoft 2019 Chardonnay Reviews
Halliday Wine Companion 2022
Hand-picked fruit from the Tasman Peninsula, Coal River and Tamar Valleys. Fermented on full solids and matured 10 months in 35% new French oak hogsheads. Launching Tasmania's most exciting new premium label, the Fogarty Group sure has hit the ground running. This is pitch-perfect chardonnay that embraces the generosity of a warm season and frames it intricately in crystalline acidity, top-class oak and just the right whif of struck-flint reduction. Masterfully assembled and a joy to taste for the first time.

Evans & Tate 2018 Redbrook Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Reviews
Halliday Wine Companion 2023
Matured for 15 months in French oak (22% new). Potently intense fruit here – the wine enters the mouth with fanfare and pomp; the fruit that gathers there is riddled with cassis, raspberry leaf, black tea, pepper, exotic spice and more. Classical cabernet from Margaret River, from a great vintage. Exactly what we have come to expect from the Redbrook Reserve range.
96Ray Jordan Wine Guide 2023
From the wonderful 2018 vintage, which continues to amaze with its red wines in particular. This is a cracking wine. Leafy black fruits on the nose with a trace of brick dust and bay leaf, black olive. The palate is smooth and seamlessly structured with fine minerally tannins. A super wine with years ahead of it.
96Robert Parker Wine Advocate 2022
The 2018 vintage was lush and excellent, and this 2018 Redbrook Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is an accurate barometer of what we can expect from both the region and the season. It features abundant fruit wrapped in velvety tannins. This is age-worthy and slowly evolving and hasn't yet approached its first stage of development—it is still ascending.

Dalwhinnie 2020 The Pinnacle Shiraz Reviews
Halliday Wine Companion 2024
Fabulous wine. Powerful, complex and long. Pure plum into meaty spice into forest berries into fragrant herbs. You can taste the fruit, the soil and the wood, but it all presents as one. And then there's the finish. What a finish. Structured, textural, flavoursome and long. This wine is the complete package.
