Pristine Pinot Noir from the famed Lowestoft Vineyard was hand picked and fermented in 1T open top fermenters, with up to 50% whole bunch inclusion.
Densely structured red fruit supports a supple, lingering palate of dried herbs, aniseed, cherry and subtle oak spice. Fine whole bunch tannin lifts the wine, with unequivocal poise, tension, vibrancy and length.

Hand-picked Pinot Noir was de-stemmed into two 4T open top fermenters with the addition of 10% whole cluster.
A ripe aroma of raspberry and crimson cherry fruit, prelude floral violet perfume and subtle cinnamon spice, complimented by a palate of luminous spice covering a dense core of fruit, with supple, velvety tannin providing length and finesse.

Small parcels were hand-picked from our prestigious Lowestoft estate vineyard in the Derwent Valley (74%) as well as the East Coast (24%) and Huon Valley (2%).
An exotic aroma of spice and rosemary envelope the nose with a lifted current of juicy cherry, red berries and bright pomegranate. Layers of anise and five spice envelope the structured palate and intertwine with intense black plum and juicy dark cherries. Bright red berry acidity and graceful tannins ensure this is a wine with silky texture and persistent length.

Comprised of 36% Coal Valley, 34% East Coast and 30% Tasman Peninsula Chardonnay, the fruit was hand-picked and chilled overnight before being whole bunch pressed into seasoned French oak (300L) and left to undergo wild fermentation with the inclusion of some solids.
A revelry of fresh grapefruit and citrus zest, enhanced by taught flinty aromas, cashew nut and subtle oak spice. Taught and mealy on the palate, supported by poignant ripe nectarine and grapefruit, weaving complexity and acidity, with captivating drive and length.

The premium cuvée is selected for the Grand Reserve, with a small portion undergoing initial fermentation seasoned oak before the wine was matured on lees for 56 months.
Exhibiting complex mineral notes of oyster shell and wet slate layered against a mouthwatering stone fruit acidity with decadent nutty cashew and toasted brioche.

This Pinot Noir based sparkling Rosé was aged on lees for 44 months to impart crunchy texture and a rich, delicious mouthfeel.
Toasted hazelnut and vanilla spice harmoniously mingle with bright strawberry and cherry flavours. There is an elegantly layered acidity providing freshness long on the palate.
