winemaking
Semillon was sourced from the northern Margaret River where it achieved full ripeness imparting richness to the wine. The Sauvignon Blanc fruit was sourced from the southern-most part of Margaret River, where the most vibrant fruit is found, lending a linear acidity to the blend.
Winemaking techniques enhanced fruit purity through the use of neutral stainless-steel tanks and an aromatic yeast strain for fermentation.

Reviews
The West Australian Wine Guide 2023
Shy at first but after a few minutes pretty lemon myrtle and mandarin peel aromas start to show. Complexity comes in the form of a waxy lanolin edge typical of the semillon-dominant style. Essentially a full-flavoured, fresh style with some pleasant grip and texture for added appeal. Exceptional value. Made for early drinking. Enjoy now and for the next 3 years. Top Rated.

James Halliday, Halliday Wine Companion 2024
The intensity of the fruit in this blend, a totem pole of the type, underlines the sheer quality of the fruit that comes from the southern part of the Margaret River. Citrus, passionfruit and minerally acidity take no prisoners in the mouth or aftertaste.

This bright as a button blended white captures all you want in a value for money quaffer. Has that merging of citrus and passionfruit creating a crunchy lively mouth feel. Excellent length and palate persistence for such a budget priced wine. Always hits the mark.
