Deep Woods are Margaret River's most consistently awarded rosé producers and this elegant, refreshing style is the latest in a long line of medal winners, recently taking gold at the Margaret River Wine Show 2017. Loved for its fine strawberry notes, this beautiful pink already has a loyal following.

Palest salmon pink in colour, with aromas of sour cherry and wild strawberry that are also present in the mouth, with redcurrant flavours, fresh acidity and a fine, long structure. The wine builds through the mid palate to deliver a persistent, savoury, textural and dry finish. Serve chilled.
The 2017 vintage (for rosé) was undoubtedly the best in Deep Woods Estate’s history. A long, cool growing season allowed for slow, measured flavour development which resulted in lower than normal alcohol levels with incredible complexity of flavour.
This is a wine produced solely from Margaret River fruit and made to sit alongside the very best wines from the Deep Woods stable. The aim was to make a contemporary style of rosé; nuanced and delicate, yet still full-flavoured.
This wine is a blend of Tempranillo and Shiraz with a small proportion of Grenache, all largely grown in the Yallingup Hills. Small parcels of oxidative-handled Tempranillo and Shiraz were incorporated, which were fermented slowly and carefully, to produce a rosé of great character, delicacy and complexity.
