Technical
vintage
The 2021 vintage was moderate, mild and a wonderful year for Sauvignon Blanc in Margaret River, resulting in beautifully ripe, varietally pure wines that are brimming with perfect, delicate, natural acidity.
winemaking
This parcel of Sauvignon Blanc was specifically selected in order to retain the freshness and vibrancy for which Millbrook is well known. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night and transported to the winery for early morning processing. Gentle pressing, soft racking and the use of an aromatic yeast strain ensured freshness and varietal expression. This wine underwent membrane filtration before being bottled.
