Technical
winemaking
Semillon was sourced from the northern part of Margaret River where it achieved full ripeness imparting richness to the wine. Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from the southern-most part of the region where the most vibrant fruit is found, lending a linear acidity to the blend. Winemaking techniques enhanced fruit purity through the use of neutral stainless steel tanks and an aromatic yeast strain for fermentation.
