“It is super exciting to put out a Chenin Blanc under the Deep Woods label. Margaret River’s other great white grape variety. Sourced from the Yallingup hills, Deep Woods heartland. Lovely natural acidity, huge complexity, a very versatile wine.”
Pale green straw.
The nose comprises of citrus, white florals and green apples.
Medium-bodied wine, displaying flavours of ripe citrus, nectarine and honeydew followed by great natural acidity. This wine has a juicy, mouth-watering texture that is long and dry to finish.
The 2021 vintage was moderate, mild and a wonderful year. Rainfall in early January renewed canopies across the region and resulted in beautifully ripe, varietally pure wines that are brimming with perfect, delicate, natural acidity.
This wine is produced solely from Margaret River fruit and made to sit alongside the very best wines from the Deep Woods stable. A Margaret River classic varietal, partial barrel ferment, huge complexity, saline, slinky citrus drive.

Mildly spicy dishes; fish curry or veggie stirfry
