Winemaker Note
“It is super exciting to put out a Chenin Blanc under the Deep Woods label. Margaret River’s other great white grape variety. Sourced from the Yallingup hills, Deep Woods heartland. Lovely natural acidity, huge complexity, a very versatile wine.”

Technical
vintage
The 2021 vintage was moderate, mild and a wonderful year. Rainfall in early January renewed canopies across the region and resulted in beautifully ripe, varietally pure wines that are brimming with perfect, delicate, natural acidity.
winemaking
This wine is produced solely from Margaret River fruit and made to sit alongside the very best wines from the Deep Woods stable. A Margaret River classic varietal, partial barrel ferment, huge complexity, saline, slinky citrus drive.
