Great refreshing summer drink
The 2021 Pinot Gris has delicious pear aromas and flavours with a touch of white nectarine. Nice intensity on the palate and just enough acid to give it some substance. Still, it is essentially a "drink now" wine that could last a few years - not too demanding but easy summer drinking. In fact, quite delicious with the right food or on its own.
