Translucent straw with a brilliant lime green hue.
An expressive and vibrant nose with exuberant lemon drops, pea shoots and passionfruit pulp.
Intense, juicy lemon pith bursts onto the palate alongside fresh green herbs. A crunchy acidity provides balance and freshness, highlighting the grassy, tropical and citrus flavours on the finish.
Best enjoyed within two years to capture the freshness and vibrancy of the wine.
Semillon was sourced from the northern part of Margaret River where it achieved full ripeness imparting richness to the wine. Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from the southern-most part of the region where the most vibrant fruit is found, lending a linear acidity to the blend. Winemaking techniques enhanced fruit purity through the use of neutral stainless steel tanks and an aromatic yeast strain for fermentation.

James Halliday Top 100 White Wines 2021
This wine would be my $15 steed for a joust with sauvignon blanc or sauvignon blanc blends from Marlborough and anywhere else on this side of the ditch, its tapestry of citrus and passionfruit challenging most contenders at prices soaring above $20.93
Ray Jordan Top 100 Whites 2021
Has just crept up in price to this higher price category, but somehow still makes it as a fresh, crunchy, ready-to-drink blend. A squeeze of passionfruit pulp and a lift of citrus and there you have it – total enjoyment89
Ivory tastes of dreams
A lovely wine and excellent service
Great experience and great wine. Thank you.
Loving this very quaffable SSB
Normally not an SSB Fan but this is perfect. I am an Sauvignon Blanc drinker but on our wine tour of Margaret River recently we had the good fortune to visit Deep Wood Estate - so glad we did, I am a now happy to drink the SSB from there, it's a lovely fresh wine that I will continue to enjoy over the Summer.
