Pale green hues.
Bursting with pink grapefruit, lime zest and passionfruit. Exotic nuances of elderflower and lemongrass linger in the background.
Loaded with vibrant tropical flavours, with bright acidity and a long juicy finish.
Best enjoyed in its youth, this wine will drink well for 2–3 years.
A Tamar Valley dominant blend with small inclusions of Coal River Valley and East Coast fruit. The Coal River Valley parcel was barrel fermented on low level solids giving the wine layers of rich tropical flavours to balance the vibrant herbal notes of the northern fruit component. The East Coast portion provides bright stone-fruit aromatics with an element of elderflower and lime zest.
