winemaking
A Tamar Valley dominant blend with small inclusions of Coal River Valley and East Coast fruit. The Coal River Valley parcel was barrel fermented on low level solids giving the wine layers of rich tropical flavours to balance the vibrant herbal notes of the northern fruit component. The East Coast portion provides bright stone-fruit aromatics with an element of elderflower and lime zest.
