Asian fusion or rabbit and fennel risotto
Millbrook Regional Viognier is always made in a dry, modern style with savoury notes complemented by bright and generous fruit. Individual parcels of fruit were hand-picked in the cool of the night and were pressed directly to the tank. Cold settled and hard racked to retain textural grape solids, the wine was then left on lees for three months to build texture and depth before being lightly fined and filtered prior to bottling.

Halliday wine companion 2022
Sweet spiced apple, ginger, pepper, mandarin pith, summer apricot and jasmine tea. The palate is fat, slippery and oily, with apricot marmalade and cloudy apple juice in equal measure. The length of flavour is good, however the intensity of florals and ripe orchard fruit mean this will likely be consumed within 5 years of release - and that will be ok. Because it is delicious.94
This is the new (2020) vintage of Millbrook Regional Viognier we have been hanging out for for several months now. We have been loving this wine for many years now and this vintage did not disappoint. All the true Viognier characteristics-sunshine in a bottle. It’s a highly enjoyable wine- with food or just on it’s own.
What a wine! I love viognier and had to try Millbrooks when I heard they produced one. Did not disappoint
