The fruit for this wine is sourced largely from the younger and grafted vineyards on the original Deepwoods vineyards in Yallingup. These vines are just coming of age and showing great intensity and verve. The wine is simply made 10-14 days of skin contact during fermentation prior to pressing directly to barrel for around 12mnths maturation. 15 % new French oak.
