The aromatic variety of Sauvignon Blanc exhibits the fresh acidity and vibrant fruit flavours that are a hallmark of the Margaret River Region. The 2018 growing season was another idyllic vintage in Margaret River. The growing season was steady, moderate and without major heat spikes seen in some previous years. Aromatic whites possessed excellent purity of fruit and natural acidity.
The wine is a delicate blend of estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc and fruit from selected southern Margaret River growers. Various techniques were employed in the production, including a small percentage of barrel fermentation and judicious lees stirring, all of which enhanced the wine’s textural qualities and complexity.

Quartz-green and seemingly polished inside and out with a glassy, smooth texture painted with green beans, leaf, guava and a touch of passionfruit. The partial barrel fermentation a footnote, barely perceivable in the seamless palate.
An attractive, white-peach and melon nose with green mango on offer, too. The palate casts a very taut and intense sleeve of tart, dry and fresh tropical-fruit flavour. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
