Tasting Notes
colour
Pale lemon.
aroma
Complex and lively aromas of fresh lime, candied lemon peel, bath salts and white flowers.
palate
The finely focused palate displays juicy fruit flavours of fresh lemon, lime and orchard fruits, along with delicate spice and a detailed, talcy minerality. Soft but racy acidity gives the wine an energetic feel and a long, lingering finish. This wine offers fresh and crisp drinking enjoyment in its youth and will reward with more weight and texture with some cellar time.
cellaring
Best enjoyed in 1–3 years.
Technical
vintage
The 2018 growing season offered good rainfall and long and sunny autumn providing ideal conditions for fruit flavours to develop slowly but fully.
winemaking
At harvest, the Riesling grapes showed wonderfully intense varietal expression and fine natural acidity. Vineyard parcels were fermented separately with carefully selected yeast strains. A short maturation on lees prior to bottling has created a Riesling with excellent freshness and texture.

Reviews
james suckling, may 2019
Preserved lemons, apple pastries, fresh herbs and white pepper are all on display. Medium body, plenty of fleshy stone fruit, driven but not overpowering acidity and a textured finish. Drink now.
