The 2018 growing season offered good rainfall and long and sunny autumn providing ideal conditions for fruit flavours to develop slowly but fully.
winemaking
At harvest the Pinot Noir grapes showed excellent varietal expression, flavour intensity and natural acidity, ideal for crafting an elegant and vibrant Rosé. A long, cool ferment with carefully selected yeast strains to enhance complexity and elegance has created an elegant, dry and highly appealing rosé.

More of a light red in style, this rosé has a lot of pinot fruit, such as fresh raspberries and cranberries, in addition to familiar apricots and nectarines. Round and fruity with a touch of tannin and pretty acidity, this will surely be a crowd-pleaser. Drink now.
