The 2018 growing season offered good rainfall and long and sunny autumn providing ideal conditions for fruit flavours to develop slowly but fully.
At harvest the Pinot Noir grapes showed excellent varietal expression, flavour intensity and natural acidity, ideal for crafting an elegant and vibrant rosé. A long, cool ferment with carefully selected yeast strains to enhance complexity and elegance has created an elegant, dry and highly appealing rosé.
