Very pale in colour with brilliant green hues.
An expressive and vibrant nose exhibiting aromas of lemon blossom and passionfruit.
Intense, juicy lemon and lime flavours instantly fill the mouth. A fresh, crisp acidity provides balance and a lovely freshness, drawing the fruit flavours long on the palate.
Best enjoyed in the first two years from vintage so as to capture the freshness and vibrancy of the wine.
The 2020 vintage featured a growing season with a warm, dry summer providing the perfect conditions for hallmark flavour intensity. Cool evenings ensured fruit retained natural acidity, producing wines that are expressive and beautifully balanced.
This wine is comprised of Semillon from the northern part of the region where it achieved full ripeness, and Sauvignon Blanc, from the very south of Margaret River where the most exuberant fruit was found.

Scallops with chorizo and grapes.
Best dry white in show
Hard to imagine a better white blend selling for around $15. Crisp and lively with fresh cut grass and light passionfruit livened with a splash of citrus for a tangy clear finish.
