The dry, mild temperatures of the 2019 growing season provided ideal conditions in the Geographe region of Western Australia, allowing fruit to ripen fully whist still retaining a beautiful aromatic profile and natural acidity.
Picked in the cool of the night this fruit was transported to Millbrook Winery in the early hours of the morning where it was gently pressed to stainless steal tanks. The wine was fermented over 10 days at a cool temperature to retain the fresh aromatics of the Tempranillo fruit.
