The 2012 growing season in Margaret River was excellent for reds with concentrated flavours in smaller berries. The fruit was destemmed and fermented for 14 days with twice daily plunging of the skins. After pressing, the wine was lightly racked to 30% new and 70% one-year-old French oak for 18 months.
